For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild Biscan 5 Motive 11.5.1954 Zum II. Nationalkongreß. Aus der Arbeit des Wirkungsbereiches 119 in Magdeburg. Die Nationale Front des Wirkungsbereiches 119 in Magdeburg, Friedensstraße, hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, zur Vorbereitung des II. Nationalkongresses eine erhöhte Aktivität zu entfalten und sich innerhalb des Kreises im Wettbewerb an die Spitze vorzuarbeiten. Die in diesem Wohngebiet tätigen Patrioten wollen alle westdeutschen Reisenden besuchen, die in dieses Stadtviertel Magdeburgs zu Besuch kommen und wollen auch mit der heimischen Bevölkerung aufklärende Gespräche führen. Ferner soll die Sichtwerbung in diesem Stadtviertel verbessert und die Rohstoffsammlung verstärkt werden. UBz: Helfer Paul Kruse ist Rentner, arbeitet aber noch als Nachtwächter. Trotzdem bleibt ihm immer noch etwas Zeit, Altstoffe zu sammeln. "Unser Ehrgeiz ist, in Magdeburg an der Spitze im Wettbewerb zu stehen", sagt er. |
