Bleiche, Möbelfabrik, Trockenkammer Zentralbild Biscan 2.4.1954 Möbel im Fliessband-Verfahren Neue Arbeitsorganisation in der Möbelfabrik Bleiche: 30 Stunden je Schlafzimmer eingespart Der VEB Möbelbau in Bleiche, Kreis Wolmirstedt, hat sich auf Fliesshandarbeit umgestellt. Die Arbeit wurde so organisiert, dass die halbfertigten Teile an den benachbarten Arbeitsplatz weitergegeben werden; Umwege und Überschneidungen fallen danach fort. Bei jedem Schlafzimmer werden ungefähr 30 Arbeitsstunden eingespart. Durch Unterteilung in Fertigungsgruppen und einfache Handgriffe ist es ausserdem möglich geworden, ungelernte Arbeitskräfte vollwertig zu beschäftigen. UBz: Produktionsleiter Tischlermeister Heinrich Pärschke an der Trockenkammer. Das als Rohmaterial angelieferte Holz hat einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von durchschnittlich 40 %. In der Trockenkammer wird der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt auf höchstens 6 % für abgesperrte Teile und 8 bis 9 % für Rahmenhölzer herabgesetzt. Kollege Pärschke entnimmt der Trockenkammer Holzstücke, um sie auf den Feuchtigkeitsgehalt zu prüfen.
