ADN-ZB/Häßler 22.1.90 Dresden: Russisch -Brot

600 statt der bisherigen 260 Tonnen Russisch-Brot Jährlich können nach der im Dezember 1989 erfolgten Inbetriebnahme einer Versuchsanlage jetzt im VEB Dauerbackwaren Dresden produziert werden. Freunde der alphabetischen Knabberei würden aber laut marktwirtschaftlichen Untersuchungen jährlich weit über 1.2000 Tonnen kaufen. Doch der Dresdner Betrieb steht allein auf weiter DDR-Flur. Die anderen Produzenten im Lande gaben auf. So wird man die bunten Tüten, die hier TKO-kontrolliert werden, noch oft vergeblich in den Läden suchen.
