For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Schweingarten See, Wasserprobe ADN-ZB Bartocha 18.11.1988 Bez. Neubrandenburg: Der Leiter der Biologischen Station Serrahn, Dr. Hans-Jürgen Spieß, untersucht das Wasser im Schweingarten-See mit dem Temperatur- und Sauerstoffmeßgerät. Auch unter dem Mikroskop werden Wasserproben geprüft, u.a. auf ihren Planktongehalt. Die Station im gleichnamigen Naturschutzgebiet, die zum Institut für Landschaftsforschung und Naturschutz Halle gehört, testet insgesamt 15 Sees sechsmal pro Jahr. Es geht um die Wasserqualität und deren Entwicklung. (siehe 9N und BWT-Beitrag)
