Berlin, Industriegebiet Rummelsburg Zum Beitrag: Es grünt mehr Grün in Rummelsburg- Einwohner und Betriebe gutnachbarlich im Industriegebiet ADN-ZB Sturm-24.6.1986 Ein großes Berliner Industriegebiet zieht sich im Stadtbezirk Lichtenberg vom Bahnhof Ostkreuz über vier Kilometer bis zum Rundfunkgebäude. Eine Magistrale führt hindurch, auf der der Autoverkehr nie zum Stillstand kommt (unser Foto zeigt die Kreuzung Schlichtallee-Hauptstraße). Es befinden sich hier 24 große und kleine Betriebe, in denen 23.000 Berliner ihren Arbeitsplatz haben. Daneben und dazwischen stehen zumeist dreistöckige Häuser, in denen 8.000 Menschen wohnen. Betriebe und Bürger müssen möglichst gut miteinander auskommen, deshalb beschloß die Lichtenberger Stadtbezirksversammlung Ende 1984 ein komplexes Programm zur Umgestaltung dieser wichtigen hauptstädtischen Wirtschaftsregion. Eine Arbeitsgruppe unter Leitung des Bürgermeisters nahm die Sache in die Hand. (Hierzu gehören die Fotos 1986-0624-300N-303N)
