For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Herpf, Meliorationsarbeiten, Entwässerung ADN-ZB Schaar 9.12.83 Bez. Suhl: Naßstellenentwässerung. Das Drainagesystem auf den Feldern der LPG Herpf wird gegenwärtig von Brigaden des VEB Meliorationsbau Suhl erweitert. Durch die dann mögliche Ableitung von Tau- und Regenwasser wird garantiert, daß Naßstellen schneller abtrocknen und die Bauern der Genossenschaft rechtzeitig mit der Frühjahrsbestellung beginnen können.
