ADN-ZB Settnik 10.11.82 Berlin: An historische Bauten in der Mark erinnert das Märkische Museum in Berlin. Sein Baumeister LUDWIG HOFFMANN bereiste mehrere alte Orte in der Umgebung Berlins, um sich mit der Architektur vertraut zu machen. Als Vorbild für die gotischen Giebel diente die St.-Katharinen-Kapelle in Brandenburg. LUDWIG HOFFMANN wurde 1852 in Darmstadt geboren und starb am 11. November vor 50 Jahren in Berlin. Er schuf u.a. auch das Stadthaus, heute Sitz des Ministerrates, und den Märchenbrunnen. |
