Zentralbild Quasch. 30.4.1953 Im VEB Mewa Fahrzeug- und Gerätewerk "SIMSON" in Suhl (Thüringen) Am Stadtrand der Bezirkshauptstadt Suhl in Thüringen liegt das volkseigene Fahrzeug- und Gerätewerk "Simson". Dort werden die Damen- und Herrenfahrräder "SIMSON", die bekannten Motorräder vom Typ "AWO", Kinderwagen und Dreiräder sowie die besondere als Exportartikel begehrten Jagdgewehre hergestellt. Seit Jahren arbeitet die Belegschaft des Werkes nach technisch begründeten Arbeitsnormen, die im Laufe der Zeit erhöht wurden, wenn die Arbeiter durch Verbesserungen und Neuerungen die Produktion vereinfachten und beschleunigten. So entwickelte der Kollege Fritz Heller allein zwei neue Maschinen, die dem Werk eine Gesamteinsparung von 75.468 DM einbrachten. Viele Kollegen des Werkes arbeiten nach der Methode der sowjetischen Neuerin Nina Nasarowa, andere wenden das Schnelldrehverfahren nach Pawel Bykon; die Betriebsabrechnung erfolgt nach der OPITZLOSINSKY-Methode. UBz: Blick auf den "Platz des Friedens", einer Grünanlage im Werkgelände, wo die Kollegen nach der Mahlzeit den Rest ihrer Mittagspause in Sonne und frischer Luft verbringen. |
