For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Illus-Bedau, 25.10.51 Ein neues Zuckerrübenrodegerät auf der MAS Anklam konstruiert. Der Leiter der MAS-Leitwerkstatt Anklam in Meckelnburg, Held der Arbeit Walter Schröder, konstruierte ein neues Gerät zur Zuckerrübenrodung, das in den Werkstätten der MAS hergestellt wird. Von einem Zweischarpflug für Traktoren wurde der Körper abmontiert und dafür drei Rübenheber angebaut. Hinter dem Gerät läuft eine schwere Egge, die die Rüben einige Male dreht, so dass sie von allem Schmutz befreit sind. Durch den Anbau an den Pflug kann die Tiefe der Rübenheber entsprechend den Bodenverhältnissen eingestellt werden. Mit diesem neuen Gerät arbeiten die Maschinen-Ausleih-Stationen des Kreises Anklam bereits mit grossem Erfolg. Das Zuckerrübenrodegerät erspart Zeit, Geld und Arbeitskräfte und bewährt sich auch auf schwerstem Lehmboden. UBz.: Auch auf schwerstem Lehmboden, wie hier im Gebiet der MAS Bucherow, bewährt sich der neue Rübenroder. |
