For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Polizeihauptmann Hefter, der Freund der Gräfin Bothmer, hat sich am 13. Februar vor dem Disziplinar-Senat für nichtrichterliche Beamte zu verantworten, weil er durch seine Beziehungen zur Gräfin Bothmer sich der Achtung unwürdig gezeigt haben soll, die sein Amt von ihm erfordert. Die Verhandlung vor dem Disziplinarsenat findet nach den alten Bestimmungen von 1851 unter Ausschluß der Öffentlichkeit statt. Die Anschuldigungsschrift ist ein dickes Heft von über mehr als 20 Seiten. |
