8109. Vertebrae. Healed Tuberculosis. BONES.—TUBERCULOSIS. 13 eight ribs can be counted and there is no trace of the separate bodies fromwhich it is formed. The cancellated structure is similar to that of the healthybone. There is no narrowing of the canal and the cord is not compressed.Posteriorly opposite to the point of extreme flexion, there is an increase ofperidural fat tissue. From a woman 50 years old who died of nephritis. Dr. T. W. Perkins. 9640-2. Vertebrae. The entire spine with the pelvis, dried. There is extensive loss of substance and anchylosis in the mid-dorsalregion, with considerable antero-posterior curvature. The aorta is curved overto the left side of the vertebrae throughout the thoracic region. 1897. Dr. Thomas Dwight. 1371. Vertebrae. (See p. 14). The entire skeleton of a young adult. The bodies and laminae of four middle dorsal vertebrae are extensivelyabsorbed and fused into one mass, with a very marked antero-posteriorcurvature. There is slight caries of
