Dadurch aber kommt das Endoplasma in r3erahrung mit Wasser und infolgedessen mu(J sich im Sinne dessen, was wir friiher liber die Entstehung der (jrganischen Membranen gesagt haben, das Entoplasnia mit gleichzeitiger Auspressung der Mikro- somen und anderer Einschlusse zu der homogenen. s. g. ektoplasma- tischen Oberflachenschichte verdichten, die die fehlende Pellicula in dieser Zone erganzt. Dieser ZerreiBungsprozeB init nachfolgender Neubildung der Pellicula wiederh(^lt sich weiter mit jeder neuen Bewegung des sich teilenden Organismus und da er aus leicht ver- standlichen Griinden immer in der Aquatorialebene verlaufen wird, so muB aueh die neu gebildete Pellicula immer tiefer zwischen die zwei Tochterindividuen eindringen und sie voneinander abschnliren.
