The Bulgarian license plates can only have Cyrillic letters that look similarly to some Latin letters. The first one or two letters (the region code) are defined and you can see them here, here or here. The last two letters are also Cyrillic that may seem like Latin (and no other Cyrillic, neither other Latin).

This picture is a factual correction and complete redraw based on colors/dimensions of pl:Grafika:Bulgaria tablice rej.JPG, author pl:Wikipedysta:Adam1993, then saved in PNG format. No "creativity" was involved (neither in the original nor in this version) so it falls into the Public Domain.
