These belong to the class of single late-flowering Tulips (page 8), being in fact modern forms of Gesneriana. They grow very tall, with large flowers of fine form. Being borne on very long stems, they are excellent for cut- ting to put in vases for house decoration. They are all single, self-colored, and surpass all others in brilliancy and variety of coloring.
