This grand Roseimproves uponacquaintance. . f^ambler. It is of rapid, vigorous growth ; plants in ourgrounds attained a height of fifteen feet the past season. The flowers are produced in trusses, pyramidal in shape, good specimensmeasuring nine inches from base to tip, and seven inchesacross, fairlj covering the plant from the ground to the top,so that it is one mass of glowing crimson. The color issuperb and remains strong and vivid to the end ; plants inour grounds retained the bloom for two months. The pro-fusion of bloom is marvelous, over three hundred bloomahaving been counted on one shoot. It is essentially a garden Rose, but makes a magnificentspecimen in a pot or tub. We offer fine pot-grown plants of this grand climb-ing Eose which, if planted this fall, ought to give anice crop of bloom next season. These plants wouldalso make good specimens in pots in the greenhouseor conservatory in the spring, if potted and startedinto growth early. Price, 60c. each, S6.00 per doz.;plan
