Text Appearing Before Image:
e,its hinged top opening on a convenient recep-tacle for rubbers, overshoes, roller skates, (andwhat not!), and above this a convenient mir-ror set into a panel of the wall, opposite an um-brella stand and a row of pegs for caps andsweaters, and with a wire mat and an inexpen-sive rug on the floor, your vestibule will befurnished. The long, narrow hall seems to demand the straightColonial flight, and for this the ideal choice iswhite woodwork and mahoganized handrailwith slender balusters. The curved staircase, a development of theearly spiral stair, though graceful, dependsfor its successful treatment upon the designand proportion of the curv
