English: Brig. Gen. Daniel B. Allyn (left), chief of staff, Multi-National Corps-Iraq and Col. Rock Donahue, director, C7, MNC-I, unveil a painting of Cpl. Kory D. Wiens and Sgt. Cooper, who were killed in action near Baghdad July 6, 2008. The new C7 Annex building on Camp Victory was named in their honor during a ceremony Sept. 12. Wiens and Cooper were a specialized search dog team, whose mission is to travel ahead of units and ensure there is no explosives threat present. |
