Description U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Col. Daniel Patton (center), commander, of the Corps' Joplin Recovery Field Office; area engineer Don Braun (right); and quality assurance represenetative Walter Grawling (left) check-in on construction of temporary facilities for fire station 4 in Joplin, Mo., June 25, 2011. The fire station was destroyed by the F-5 tornado that hit the city May 22. The Corps is managing construction of temporary replacement structures for critical public facilities as part of the federal Joplin recovery effort. (U.S. Army Photo/John Daves)
