Description U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors construct temporary replacement facilities for fire station 4 in Joplin, Mo., June 24, 2011. The Corps was tasked by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide critical public facilities for the cities of Joplin and Duquesne after the EF-5 tornado touched down May 22.
