Description U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors work to build a garage to house the fire truck at fire station 2 in Joplin, Mo., June 28, 2011. The construction of the garage and a temporary fire station is being managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Joplin Recovery Office, as assigned by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The permanent facilities were destroyed by an EF-5 tornado May 22. (U.S. Army Photo/Sara Goodeyon)
