Description U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors continue building a replacement facility for a fire station in Joplin, Mo., June 26, 2011 damaged by an EF-5 tornado May 22. The Corps was tasked by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide critical public facilities for the cities of Joplin and Duquesne.
