English: Buffer stop at Zurich Main Station track 54. The buffer stop is designed to move up to 7 m to slow down a 850 t passenger train from 15 km/h without damaging the train or injuring passengers.
Deutsch: Prellbock auf Gleis 54 in Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Der Prellbock ist so konstruiert, dass er sich um bis zu 7 m bewegen und dabei einen 850 t Personenzug von 15 km/h abbremsen kann ohne dass der Zug beschädigt oder Passagiere verletzt werden.
