THE WIND GOD OPENED HIS BAG TO ITS WIDEST EXTENT. THE DEMON TILE 121 so cold that he shivered all over and felt that he wouldbe frozen to death. At the same time his enemy beingthe Wind-god, the Demon Tile was powerless to doany thing but frown angrily and maintain a sullen silence.He now realized that he had made a mistake to angerhis foe. For some time the wind continued to blow a perfecthurricane, but after a while he seemed to get tired andgradually drew off in another direction. This pleased theDemon Tile very much, but when at length he thoughthimself safe he raised his head and gazed around, henoticed suspicious looking clouds floating about in the sky.These clouds had been gathered together and driven on bythe wind, and gradually, as they formed together, the skygrew dark, threatening to spoil the beautiful day, andmaking everything gloomy and sad.
