Description
English: E. Tomlin Bailey, the head of Security (SY) at the U. S. Department of State continues on page 2 of the August 25, 1958 employment background of William L. Uanna. Here we learn that while Uanna was the Acting Chief of the Facilities Protection Board at the U. S. Department of Commerce "He was responsible there for the preparation of one of the primary manuals in industrial security." The Military Industrial Complex comes to mind here. Pages 1 and 2 were released through a Freedom of Information Act request of the U. S. Department of State.
