Summary
[edit]DescriptionBud Uanna AEC AFSWP.jpg |
English: Atomic Energy Commission Document released from the Department of Energy through a Freedom of Information Act request. A cover letter describing William L. Uanna's background. It states that he was the top civilian at the office in Kansas City (Armed Forces Special Weapons Project) and ran the construction project that built the storage sites for the Atomic Bombs. It also mentions his work at the CIA - Counter Intelligence Corps and the AEC. This file was probably gathered in response to the letter from Dennis Flinn, Director of the Office of Security at the U.S. Department of State inquiring about Uanna's "Q" Clearance. Bryan LaPlante was the Chief of the Washington Area Security Operations of the Atomic Energy Commission. |
