Devin Pepper, 460th Space Wing commander, addresses Buckley leadership on the new 60,000 sq. feet, $34.2 Million Space-Based Infrared System Operations Facility building at the “ground breaking” ceremony, Jan. 28, 2020, at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo.
