Title |
Buckle pin possibly |
||
Description |
English: A complete copper-alloy probable buckle pin perhaps most likely to be of medieval date. This pin is now bent in its centre and has an open loop via which it could have been attached to the bar of the frame and a tapering terminal end. It measures 24mm in length and 3mm in width. The front face has a, presumably decorative, longitudinal groove down its centre. |
