Description
English: Copper alloy

Buckle frame. Cast sub-rectangular or trapezoid frame with moulded edge with gently projecting lip and a slightly narrowed strap bar; a vertically incised line borders the inner edge of the frame. Now slightly bent. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1500-1650.

Length: 21.6mm, Height: 31.7mm, Thickness: 2.2mm, Weight: 5.04gms.
