Description
English: Medieval copper alloy oval buckle frame with integral plate which has a hole for pin (pin missing) and a rivet hole behind this. There is corroded iron in this area. Plate incomplete, with broken piercings, possibly part of decorative openwork. There are traces of a possible white metal coating on both faces. It is 22.4mm wide and 16mm long, and weighs 2.35g.
