Buckle, D shaped
Description
English: Cast copper alloy buckle, D shaped with an off-set, flat-sectioned bar. Front of buckle slightly pointed and marked with a central notch. Some traces of iron staining from the missing pin. In London buckles of the type have been found in 14th century contexts (Egan and Pritchard 1991, Fig. 45).
