Summary

[edit]
Description A Class 47 loco in Rail Express Systems (RES) livery passes Buckenham. This was taken some time in the late 1990s. The carriages behind the loco are a London Intercity set, and the train originated in Great Yarmouth. Certain London-Norwich trains extend through to Great Yarmouth on a summer Saturday, but normally the electric loco which has hauled the train from London remains on the set, and is 'dragged' to the coast. On this occasions the electric loco doesn't seem to be in the consist.
