It is a Zoanthid Also known as a sea Mat. They come in several different variations. Literally hundreds.

Are you sure it isn't a giant green sea anemone Anthopleura xanthogrammica? Use your own judgment I guess. Classification for that is as follows:
Phylum : Cnidaria - Class : Anthozoa - Order : Actinaria - Family : Actiniidae - Genus : Anthopleura
