Description
English: Brown Lipe Chapin Company - 1910 - Seneca Street - The company built this larger factory across Geddes Street from its original factory on West Fayette Street, a good location at the time because it was just south of the railroad tracks on the west side. This is the original wing on Seneca Street. It expanded with two additional wings into a U-shaped structure like Midtown Plaza
