[edit]
Description
English: Lyon & Turnbull's auction house, 33–35 Broughton Place, Edinburgh, seen from the west. It was designed by Archibald Elliot and completed in 1821 as Broughton United Presbyterian Church. The church appeared briefly in the 1970s film Chariots of Fire, as it is a twin of the Scottish Church in Paris where the athlete, Eric Liddle, preached during the 1924 Olympic Games.
