Description The building at 938 Broadway, on the corner of East 22nd Street, diagonally southeast of the Flatiron Building, in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1883-1884 to the Brooks Brothers store, and was designed by Charles C. Haight. It was remoldeled with a Art Moderne facade in 1935 by the Office of Ely Jacques Kahn, and further redesigned with a Neo-Art Moderne facade in 1987 by Conklin & Rossant.
