Summary

[edit]
Description
English: At the northeast corner of Buffalo City Hall, facing Niagara Street, stands this larger-than-life bronze likeness of Grover Cleveland - the former Buffalo mayor who in only three years rose consecutively to the New York State governorship and U.S. presidency - sculpted by Bryant Baker in 1930. The statue was funded by a bequest from the late James Gilbert Forsyth, a wealthy merchant who was notable for his civic philanthropy. As seen in the spring of 2015.
