Català: Bronze assiri, segle VIII aC. Museu arqueològic d'Olímpia. Està decorat amb diferents representacions en diferents zones, des de dalt cap avall: 1. Una processó d'homes. 2. Una figura femenina amb homes barbuts en dos laterals 3. Dos homes lluitant contra un griu alat i dos més lluitant contra un segon griu 4. Genets al galop. En un període posterior (probablement el segon quart del segle VII aC) el bronze fou reutilitzat per a vestir una estàtua dedàlica.
Français : Bronze assyrien, VIIIe siècle AEC. Musée archéologique d'Olympie. Il est composé de haut en bas : 1. d'une procession d'hommes. 2. d'une figure féminine avec des hommes barbus des deux côtés 3. de deux hommes combattant une grue ailée et deux autres combattant une deuxième grue 4. de cavaliers galopant. Dans une période postérieure (probablement le deuxième quart du VIIe siècle av. J.-C.) le bronze a été réutilisé pour habiller une statue dédalique. |
