Bronze age flint barbed and tanged arrowhead
Description
English:

An Early Bronze Age flint barbed and tanged arrowhead, probably dating to c. 2400-1600 BC. A secondary flake with cortex covering c. 20% the dorsal face, on the left side. Triangular in plan with a large sub-rectangular tang and no barbs. Exhibiting short, semi-abrupt, irregular retouch, the point appears to have been lost, with a number of hinged removals on the dorsal face.

Dimensions: length 21.1mm; width 16.7mm; thickness 4.5mm; weight 1.20g.
