Description
English: Flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating to the Bronze Age (c. 2500 - 1200 BC). The arrowhead is formed from mottled white and grey flint. It is triangular in shape with two round notches chipped into the base to separate the barbs and tang. Both faces have been worked with covering, scaled and low-angle retouch. The end of the tang has possibly snapped off, as well as the tip of one of the tangs. The arrowhead is 24.70mm in length, 19.70mm at maximum width and 5.08mm in thickness. It weighs 1.61g.
