Bronze Age socketed spearhead (incomplete)
Description
English: Part of a copper-alloy socketed spearhead, dating from the Middle to Late Bronze Age.

The remaining portion represents part of the distal end of the spearhead, its circular-sectioned socket tapering towards a damaged point. Fragments of the blades extend outwards either side of the midrib. The artefact has a dark greyish-green surface and is severely pitted.

Length: 51.99mm; maximum width (base): 9.27mm; weight: 10.1g.
