Description
English: A fragment of a copper-alloy palstave of Middle Bronze Age date.

The piece represents the apex of the recessed handle attachment. The top edge is horizontal, the outer sides splay towards the point of the irregular break. On the less damaged side, the upper end of the side flange is visible. The artefact is heavily encrusted. It measures 24.8mm long, 21.3mm wide and up to 10.3mm thick. The weight is 12.92g.
