Description
English: A copper-alloy awl of probable Late Bronze Age date.

The widest point of the artefact is approximately one third of the way along its length, either side of which it tapers. The longer side has a sub-rectangular section and a wedge-shaped distal end, whereas the shorter side is of subcircular section and terminates in a point.

Dimensions: length: 45.2mm; maximum width: 4.4mm; maximum thickness: 4mm. Weight: 2.93g.
