Bronze Age Scraper.
Description
English: A complete flint scraper of Early Bronze Age date (2150 BC – 1500 BC). Length 25.2mm, width 24.8mm and 5.9mm thick. Weight 4.29g.

The scraper is light grey and has been produced on a tertiary flake with a striking platform. The ventral surface has a bulb of percussion with a percussion scar and associated ripples. There is no re-touch on this face. The dorsal surface is largely in the form of a negative bulb of percussion with its associated ripples. The distal end and the edges of the dorsal surface have been re-touched. This parallel re-touch is short and the angle is mainly semi-abrupt. Viewing the dorsal surface with the striking platform at the bottom there is a small notch at the right side. There is no evidence for wear.

The implement is in good condition.
