English: Pale Grey Semi-Translucent Flint of High Quality

Debitage. Two fragments of worked flint (a and b). One (a) bears about four flake removal scars on its dorsal aspect; the other (b) bears at least four parallel flake removal scars on its dorsal aspect, with the ripples from its detachment from the core indicating this blow was struck from the same end. Suggested date: early Bronze Age, 2100-1500 BC.

Dimensions (a): Length: 27.9mm, Width: 22.9mm, Thickness: 7mm, Weight: 4.56gms.

Dimensions (b): Length: 22.5mm, Width: 19.3mm, Thickness: 4.3mm, Weight: 2.32gms

Combined Weight: 6.88gms.
