Title
Bronze Age Barbed & Tanged Arrowhead
Description
English: Bronze Age barbed and tanged arrowhead knapped from translucent pale grey flint. The flint has been worked with pressure-flaked invasive removals over both surfaces to form the shape of the arrowhead, with retouched edges to form the barbs and tang. The end of the tang has an oblique break and one of the barbs is completely missing. The surviving barb is rectangular with a slightly pointed end. The arrowhead is a long oval shape in profile. It is 24.15mm long, 4.76mm thick and has a maximum width of 20.54mm.
