Description
English: Possibly a fragment of a Bronze Age axehead (2150 BC – 800 BC). Length: 44.1mm; width: 40.4mm; thickness: 21.3mm; weight: 121.82g.

The fragment appears to be the lower part of a large axehead consisting of the lower part of the blade with an incomplete curved cutting edge. There are no casting seams or flash.

All the surfaces are corroded, pitted and uneven. Traces of a mid-brown patina survive.
