Title
Bronze Age (Probably) Chisel
Description
English: A cast copper alloy chisel blade of probable Bronze Age date. Any collar and/or tang has been broken off the blade. The object has a rectangular profile which tapers to a flat, slightly curving blade. The edges are squared. On both of the flat sides, a groove runs along the object; on one side it is fairly central, but on the other it runs along one edge, making the profile more triangular towards the proximal end. The object is similar to Bronze Age chisels such as NMS-9A9212 and NMS-083CF3, both from Norfolk.
