TROLLEY AND STEAM ROAD SYSTEMS Vast Areas Being Brought Close to the Heart of the City -- Miles of New Streets and Sewers. BOTANICAL AND ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS. Advantages That Will Soon Relieve Crowded Sections of the City of Thousands of Their Inhabitants."
