| Description |
English: Bromsgrove railway station (site), Worcestershire Opened in 1840 by the Birmingham and Gloucester Railway, soon to become part of the Midland Railway empire, this station was closed and demolished in 2016, being replaced by one some 200m behind the camera position. View north east towards Blackwell and Birmingham. Originally there were three lines through the station with the right-hand platform being around 5m to the right of this platform, and a large wagon works further to the right. In 1969, the station was reduced to just the platform on the left. In 1990, the platform on which the photographer is stood was built.
