Description
English: Brocklesby Junction, Brocklesby The locomotives are just in the square, but the photographer is just outside by about 70ft.

These Class 20s are arriving from Grimsby; possible the docks. Snowplough fitted 20117, and 20104 are heading a trainload of empties. Altogether 228 of these were built by English Electric between 1957 and 1968. There were over 46ft long and weighed around 73 tons. Maximum speed was 75mph. The next train is signalled left for Immingham and the points can be seen set in this direction. Line speed is/was 40mph for this junction. The junction has been remodelled and the Immingham line diverges from the Grimsby line west of the road bridge.

Permission would be needed to take a similar shot as the station is now closed.
